505 green chili (half a cup)
3 cloves garlic
Cumin
Coriander
Salt and pepper
Blend until pureed
Add a large can of tomatoes and pulse to combine

Leftover balsamic glazed pork
Freshly cooked corn, removed from cob
Fresh spinach, chopped
Goat cheese
Pine nuts (optional)
Top flatbread with all toppings and broil until warm. Top with leftover glaze from balsamic pork.

MIX OF CHEDDAR AND MONTEREY JACK SHREDDED CHEESE
HERTZ GREEN SALSA
UNCOOKED FLOUR TORTILLAS
COOK TORTILLAS. FILL EACH TORTILLA WITH CHICKEN AND CHEESE. ROLL AND PLACE SEAM SIDE DOWN IN 9X13 PAN. WHEN THE PAN IS FULL, COVER WITH GREEN SALSA AND MORE CHEESE. BAKE AT 375 FOR 25 MINUTES. BROIL THE LAST FEW MINUTES TO BROWN THE CHEESE ON TOP. SERVE WITH PICO AND SOUR CREAM.
