1 tablespoon Extra virgin Olive Oil
1 medium onion, diced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded chicken
2 cans Great Northern Beans, or other white beans
1/2 cup 507 green chilies
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt

3 cups chicken broth (better than bullion)
2 limes

SHREDDED CHICKEN
MIX OF CHEDDAR AND MONTEREY JACK SHREDDED CHEESE
HERTZ GREEN SALSA
UNCOOKED FLOUR TORTILLAS
COOK TORTILLAS. FILL EACH TORTILLA WITH CHICKEN AND CHEESE. ROLL AND PLACE SEAM SIDE DOWN IN 9X13 PAN. WHEN THE PAN IS FULL, COVER WITH GREEN SALSA AND MORE CHEESE. BAKE AT 375 FOR 25 MINUTES. BROIL THE LAST FEW MINUTES TO BROWN THE CHEESE ON TOP. SERVE WITH PICO AND SOUR CREAM.

Equal parts mayonnaise and mustard
Turkey
Salami
Pepperoni
Tomatoes, thinly sliced
Thinly sliced black olives
Sliced peperoncini
Red onions, marinated in red wine vinegar, oregano and a good amount of salt
Provolone
Lettuce

Large onion, diced
1 bag of shredded carrots
Spoonful of minced garlic
Salt
Approximately 1 tablespoon dried basil
4 cups chicken broth
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 small cans fire roasted tomatoes
Freshly ground pepper
Cook onions, carrots and garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Seasons with salt. Add dried basil. Add chicken broth and tomatoes, bring to a boil. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth texture. The kids will love it!
